Space & Community Manager

Full-Time

  4. Has strong organizational skills and can complete tasks from start to finish
  5. Communicates well but can also focus quietly when needed
  6. Has a good sense of aesthetics; photography skills are a plus
  7. Is familiar with social media (Xiaohongshu / WeChat Channels / Instagram)
  8. Has experience in event planning or community management (preferred)
  9. Most importantly: wants to help this space shine with us

Your Five Core Responsibilities

  1. Space Management & Guest Reception
    Maintain the cleanliness, beauty, and atmosphere of the space
    Make every visitor feel welcomed and supported
  2. Event Preparation & Execution
    Assist the three founders
    in turning classes, salons, and workshops into meaningful experiences
  3. Social Media Operations
    For Xiaohongshu / WeChat Channels / Instagram:
    shoot videos, edit content, write captions, and publish posts
    Help more women discover our work
  4. Membership Operations
    Manage members, communities, benefits, and communication
  5. Organizational & Administrative Support
    Document management, vendor communication, basic finance records, meeting follow-ups

Full-Time

What We Expect You to Have:

  1. Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Friendly and patient, capable of quickly addressing client needs.
  3. Strong organizational abilities, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and appointment management systems. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  5. Prior experience in front desk reception, customer service, or the medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
