PRP
During the SkinPen® procedure, microholes are created in the skin with fine needles, stimulating collagen production and skin rejuvenation. PRP, derived from your own blood, is then applied topically or injected into the treated area, as it contains growth factors that promote tissue repair and regeneration.

SkinPen creates hundreds to thousands of “micro” skin punctures per second to stimulate the skin’s natural wound healing process – inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling – to prompt tissue remodeling without causing scar tissue formation.
Unlike some alternatives, SkinPen has been clinically proven to be effective for women and men with all Fitzpatrick Skin Types I – VI. Likewise, unlike lasers or chemical peels that can damage skin over the long term, SkinPen treatments, when properly spaced and overseen by a physician, can be used for years.
Microneedling is not a pain-free procedure. However, the level of pain is usually manageable and tolerable. We’ll apply a topical numbing cream to help with the discomfort.

Results will differ per individual. Usually patients can see significant results after 2-3 sessions.
We recommend a total of 3-6 treatments. These treatments are spaced out every 4-6 weeks.
- Avoid strenuous exercise or excessive perspiration such as excess blood flow and sweat can cause discomfort and irritation to compromised skin for 72 hours.
- Apply the provided Skinfuse Lift HG the day of the procedure to assist with skin hydration. Reapply Skinfuse Lift HG, as needed, up to 24 hours post treatment.
- 24 hours post treatment, keep your skin clean of cosmetics or sunscreen for the remainder of the day
- After 24 hours apply Skinfuse Rescue Calming Complex (AM/PM) or as needed to help soothe the skin.
- Avoid sun exposure as you will not be wearing sunscreen.
- Minimize sun exposure for 72 hours following the procedure.
