SkinCeuticals, known for its science-backed products targeting various skin concerns like aging and discoloration. Founded in 1997, their formulations often feature potent ingredients like Vitamin C and are sold through skincare professionals. Popular products include their CE Ferulic serum and the Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 sunscreen.
Our Polices
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure a general skin consultation appointment at Amee’s Medical Spa. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services after a service is completed. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit cannot be deducted. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Failure to provide timely notice for rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Thank you for understanding our policy.
Kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice for any modifications needed for your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 48 hours advance notice will result in no charge. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a fee of $125.
Failure to show up for the scheduled appointment (No Show) will also result in an automatic $125 fee charge.
We understand that emergency situations may occur. Exceptions to the above cancellation policy may be made at our discretion.
Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. We ask that you plan accordingly for consent forms required for your visit. For your convenience, forms may be completed online prior to your appointment.
Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, and while we will do our best to accommodate you, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
You must pay the applicable charges and fees according to our services and deposit prices. These prices are updated time to time. Any disputes regarding charges and fees must be brought to our attention in writing no later than 30 days after the date of transaction or invoice.
You remain responsible to pay the undisputed portion of the invoice. If we do not receive your payment after it becomes due, we may (1) charge interest on the unpaid amount at a rate of 1% per month from the date the payment was due until the date paid, and (2) terminate, suspend or restrict provision of our products and services to you until payment is made in full. You agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred in collecting any late payments or unpaid bills, including attorney’s fees.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale of any products or packages purchased. Service cancellations made before our late cancellation window will receive a full refund on the booking deposit or the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled service. No Show/Cancellation Fee will not receive a return or refund. Completed services cannot be refunded.

Credit Card on File Policy
All Amee’s Medical Spa clients agree to authorize a credit card to be stored on file. All Amee’s Medical Spa clients agree to authorize a No Show/ Cancellation Fee be charged in the case that a client fails to follow our Cancellation Policy— as follows “If you do not show for an appointment you understand that Amee’s Medical Spa has the right to charge a $125 “No Show/Cancellation Fee. And, if you fail to notify Amee’s Medical Spa within 48 hours of their appointment, you understand that Amee’s Medical Spa has the right to charge $125 “No Show/Cancellation Fee”
